You would have to email STS.

You can just email sts and I'm sure they'll give it back, no need to get 35 plat again.

If his email is shutdown, I would do this (not sure if it would work)
Go make another email.
Go in game into Modify Account
Change your email to the one you just made.
Email support with that new email which is now linked to your In-Game account.

For some reason on the Australian App Store Pocket Legends age requirement is 9+. OO
Use your parents email or tel them to make one for you.
