    Post Forgot password and made a fake email?

    Help me I forgot my pass and made fake email help me I still remember my char name flamingglow help now!

    Since you have a fake email, I would suggest go make an email with the same name as the fake email, so you just made your fake email real.
    Then, press the forgot password button. It will send email to your email (which is no longer fake) about it, and change your password.
    Wait a few minutes, then check your inbox. If its not there, check spam and junk. If you find it, it will have the new password with it.
    Go in game and use the new password to get in.
    Once you're in, go to modify account, and change your password into something you can remember.

    Last time I waited around two weeks for a reaction (and got a copy/paste reply), so I was trying to keep it realistical.

    Ik the STS support team used to be one of the very best for a MMO, helpful and consumer-oriented. But I'm not the only one who has noticed the decline.

    Obviously when they had only a few hundred thousand playing their game it was quite a bit easier for them to respond via support, now that they have millions of players it may take a bit longer.
