Lifegiver skill doesn't work

Well sorry if this topic had been reported before..But I didnt find any thread before..
I kinda disappointed because the lifegiver skill for sorc didnt work for heal regen or mana regen.
I already took all the skills (lifegiver), even the range, coz i thought it would be work for heal and mana regen effect..
But they didnt work,find it difficult to support other member in party in mob levelling..
Sometimes i see other player cant cast the skill and its effect is succeed
But for my char thousand times i tried,thousand times also didnt work at all
Please fix this..feel like just wasting skill point if it didnt work..thanks

i can confirm it. it sometimes doesnt work (its not that known issue though). the animation, green bubble is cast but it takes no effect, no heal no mana for me or party members.

I realised it 3 times already (only today!)

Did you even read what I linked? It may seem that the skill goes off normally but no effects take place. And devs already know this.

Yeah this gets annoying sometimes. Its as if we have to hold it charged slightly longer than normal for it to go through completely.

yes i did long ago. thats why i wrote that this is not that known issue bc as i understand it ur charged skill does not take any effect no animation anything its not cast despite it it goes in cooldown.
the thing i experience is that i see lifegiver is clearly cast u see aimation (that green bubble or cross) but it does not heal or restore mana thats why i think its different. i dont know how else should i explained it.

@Uzii: For me, the bug happens like this-> I charge then cast it (after it says "charged"), the animation goes through but the mana effect doesn't. I noticed that usually the mana regen works when the skill is held slightly longer (about 2sec) after the "charged" graphical text is shown then release the skill.

Edit: What i find even more strange though, is that this bug doesn't occur every time. Seems to be very random now.

hm i didnt try to hold longer i hold same amount of time always.

Known Issue: Abilities Sometimes Don't Go Off When Almost Fully Charged

the title says itself skills dont go off, that is what i experienced on my rogue no dark smoke or whirling razors around my avatar despite i charged those skills.
but with heal its cast but no heal or mana thats why im really confused here.

It must be charged fully to give mana.

Why are all these mages using lifegiver in PvE? I realize the question is rhetorical and off topic,, but it still baffles me.
