My account got hacked!

I just entered my account and my lvl 66 bear was deleted and my archer was also too and i don't know how it happened but i want my all characters back i also back then posted and forum topic on best characters to show that i did have this account and it is hacked now so please moderators and dev's please tr to resolve my account back!
