How to unlock dead city?

Hi, new to AL

Could someone tell me please what it is I need to do to unlock dead city? It says i need to complete the previous area, but i have no idea what the previous area is considered to be. I cant see any obvious achievements outstanding?

There is a portal to the Dead City at the end of Kraag. It is by some of the cannons that are right before the Kraag Tombs entrance. That should take you to the next campaign.
