I think he's trying to say that the costs are different, so it would be a scam of sorts.
Not a scam in the slightest. Asking for an unrealistic trade isn't scamming, if someone with a 40 forg comes along and wishes to trade for the 70, regardless of price, won't be scammed, simply taking the lower end of the deal. Nothing dishonest about advertising a trade he is willing to make.
Can we stop with the useless threads now?
