<Pheonix> From the ashes...we will do something
Welcome to <Pheonix>. The unique spelling represents our uniqueness as a guild. We are not like any other.
About us: We are one of the oldest and largest guilds in AL. We encourage our members to reach their full potential as players. You know when you finally get a good elite pick-up group, or someone heals you just in time when you get jumped in PvP? That's who we aim to be.
When the initial guild rankings came out we were ranked #22, and after much hard work, we jumped to 7th place in week 3. We are not done yet!
So now we are inviting all serious players level 21 and above to join us as we push toward the top. Our guild leadership has been together through a lot and we value honesty, integrity, and loyalty above all else.

GM: Serancha (our wonderful and fearsome GM, webmaster, build designer, and all-around bada$$)
Co-GM: Comradeeno (me, pioneer and innovator of 1v1 naked PvP)

Aplyed (merchant extraordinaire, resident car guy, and has the most friends)
Bubblzzhd (Don't let the charming accent and manners fool you, this Brit is a killer)
Genevene (most deadly Aussie, may or may not have a harem of warriors)
Jactap (new kid on the block, figuratively, a real wildcard)
Jimcute (more like JimCUTS amirite or amirite?)
Natrich (king of the leaderboard, king of our hearts, has lots of flags)
Oneebac (grizzled veteran has seen it all twice, but still manages to stay humble and always looking to learn)
Ravagerx (pvp pro, and the coolest, best overall player around)
Rosna (a fellow officer once said "who is Rosna? Oh that's right she's the one with the awesome stats and sweet gear." Pretty much sums it up. )
Rowelajane (you can usually find Jane and Jim together, farming their faces off in any elite map that suits them.)

PM us in game or visit our guild forum at http://pheonixguild.forumsmotion.com to request an invite. We are active in PvP, farming elite maps, leaderboard runs, and we welcome members with twink alts.
Guild Rules:
1) English only in guild chat (we have an international guild and love it but simply ask that we all use one language so we can understand each other)
2) No abusive political or religious attacks in guild chat and bullying is an instant removal from guild
3) Begging is not allowed. This means no asking for loans, gold, gear, pets or free items of any kind. Also, no scamming guild members or begging for promotions.
4) If the officer team receives 3 complaints about anyone, instant removal from guild
5) Do not send unsolicited party invites to other members. Ask in guild chat for party members.
6) Minimum level to be in the guild is 21
7) Players must be self-sufficient: able to play the game and manage their own characters without daily help. Help requests should be only issued when all other courses of action have been tried. Excessive requests will result in removal, as this guild is not a help service, but a place for people to socialize and find other quality players to hunt with.
8 ) Selling items on guild chat is allowed, provided a discount is given from the lowest current trading post price, and that the sales offer is not spammed.
9) Talking back to, arguing with, or otherwise being rude to officers who are announcing guild rules or giving warnings, is grounds for immediate removal. Trash talking the officers or guild at any time has the same effect. Courtesy to all members is expected.
10) Applications for promotion are handled through the guild forum.
