If you were to go full str from level 10-20, then you get crazy low hit, almost 50% hit percent. Don't do it lol. If you are twinking around 10-20, try to pool as much dex attribute points. It is much more viable!

True, but a full STR build in that level bracket also lets you pile on the HP in one of the few parts of the game where you can actually tank through sheer toughness rather than needing dodge. Granted, you won't be killing much of anything, but if you pick warrior you're not going to be doing that anyway.
i wuld suggest not using int its actually bad
you will even see most 76 MAGES as str because it is the best except for certain birds

Bad? Yes, certainly. An int bear can't perform most of the traditional bear roles and loses a lot of its offensive punch, and several skills are virtually worthless. I've never said this this is the best way to play a bear, and my experiences along the have only proved that.
However, I've had a blast playing as an int bear. It's a fun, interesting sub-class, and some players may enjoy the challenge.
