Guild Points

So..I've been thinking lately why base how good the guild is with capped players? I know alot of better guilds who arent in lb. I would like to define how good guilds are by "Guild Points."
Guild Points System:
1. To earn Guild Points for a certain guild you must compete for it in a Guild War!
2. A Guild War is basicly like pvp where there is a team composed of 3 members... but in Guild Wars you need you and your fellow guildies for it.
