Regarding Petrox 'Lord of War'

I am not sure if this has been mentioned or discussed before(I've search the forum and found none) regarding petrox 'Lord of War' of Brackenridge map. For those people who might have missed him, he is the faceless red mage npc standing right before you fight the Jarl. He sells you some stuff when your toon is level 10 and below.

Here is what he sells.

- Legendary armor(based on your level)
- Legendary weapon(based on your level)
- 5 ankhs
- 50 potion of mana
- 50 potion of health

All of this he sells for 500g

Now that right there is a pretty good deal. Doing some gold conversion

- Legendary armor at lower levels usually sell at 800g at most
- Legendary weapon at lower levels usually sell at 800g at most
- 50 potion of mana you can buy at 300?(not sure) per 25 stack from store so thats 600g
- 50 potion of health you can buy at 400 per 25 stack from store so thats 800g
- 5 ankhs lets say 25 plat per 25 ankhs so thats 5 plat.

all in all you get 3000g and 5plat worth of stuff. Really good deal. Now whats bothering me here is that you can buy those stuffs from him OVER AND OVER AGAIN as long as you are level 10 and below. if you have 100,000 gold and you use this to buy stuff from him, it will net you a profit of around 600,000g(potions included)and 1000 plat worth of ankhs.

Now my question is, is this intended? Does STS allow this? From my point if view this can already be an exploit. In my opinion a player must only be allowed to purchase from him once. Please discuss.

It probably is an exploit. I bet people use their low-level characters to do events especially with max ankhs and potions.

This was available with plat,but sts changed it in order to give new players good gear.
I guess that they didn't know this would be abused...
IMO the solution to this might be that the items from the bundle would be untradeable.

I never used it, always thought it was just to have stuff on my character. hm..
