Pot Run Speed Regain

Whenever I am running a 4x pot and then walk by a stereo that slows people down I slow down like usual. But then when I get my speed back i get regular unpotted speed instead if the 125% speed I should have. Please fix!

Yeah, there's a conflict with the run speed debuffs and elixirs. The team is aware of it and looking at a fix for a future patch. Our apologies for the speed buff conflict.
