Dark Manic more present

The dark manic is too rare, I have played the red light district more than a hundrer times and still nothing !
I don't know if you can do something (i doubt) but it would be fantastic ! Or maybe if it is impossible put something in the map (an alert for example) to warn the player when the very rare vanity is present. It would be a great help !
