Thinking of making a level 26 rogue pvp twink

Correct, but like i said, i dont think it matters whether it was once a cap or not. It doesnt mess with the definition of a twink.. If it couldnt be called a twink tho, what would you call it? Noob farmer I think its better to keep it simple. And another thing, is it that big a deal that we call it a twink lvl? Hehe, idk, guess i just dont see what ur getting at.

Twink indeed is lower than endgame PvP, but in my mind it's ot 26 and 31 because all the endgamers today have pvp'd at that cap.
