I have a question...
Why are the spiders in the Shuyal Arena on level 37?

There is a dark blue dot besides their health bar. This means they are 1 level above my level. I'm on level 36.
When I was on level 35, it was yellow (+2 levels). Does this mean that all the Bosses and spiders in the arena are on level 37?

Can anyone explain it to me? Thank you.
