I find regen in PvP to be a little unfair. Take for example, a bird has to kite now. So I'm kiting a bear, get in a lot of damage, and either he walks out of my range and regens or regens after my burst or walks out of range regens and as Im trying to stay in range is able to beckon me.

I think that they should take regen ONLY IN PVP and when ever you enter combat, your regen goes to about 1/3 or 1/2 of what it is. But when you exit combat it goes back to it regular stats. This allows it so that regen doesn't out do the damage done, but you still have some at least.
