For Ydra Forest - Traveler's Outpost, I'm pretty sure the Player Starter Point is right outside the portal to Brackenridge - Gold Mine, unless the Player Starter Point is defined as the place where you come out the Portal (by the Wandering Minstrel). When you exit the portal from Gold Mine, you should end up at the very bottom of the Traveler's Outpost map. Same goes for the other cities (excluding Windmoore City). After Rook's Nest, when you enter the portal to the City of Kraag, you end up near the gate to Nordr, not by the portal in front of the Guild Castle, if you know what I mean.
