Ok I know that new gear is coming, such as helm/armor, but I don't know if if anyone has heard if the gear will scale down to lower levels, such as L10-35 like the Tarlok gear. I don't want to buy any Twink Tarlok Gear if the new gear is going to kick it's butt, but I didn't know if anyone had heard. Thanks
