Tanked-rogue build (Useful for New Arena!)

Survivability in the new arena isn't as unattainable as you might think! This build has all legendary with a blood ruby of shuyal.

Items Used:
Expedition Recurve of Potency [+6 Dex +113 Health] (Note: Without +113 Health, the Expedition Recurve of Brutality is recommended.)
Ancient Druid Helm of Will [+6 Dex]
Ancient Druid Doublet of Will [+6 Dex]
Blood Ruby of Shuyal [+13 Dex]
Sacred Elondrian Pendant of Security [+6 Dex]

Pet: Little Bear
The Little Bear Arcane Ability provides a +10% armor and +10 Str buff that is perfect for alternating with shadow veil.

I have also used a +25% damage elixir to allow myself to use Little Bear while also having a decent damage output.
