    Default Instant Gratification/Entitlement Generation

I wonder how many players actually buy plat... less than half, I would imagine, although, this is absolutely a guess on my part. I do understand there are significant issues with gameplay and with managing abusive and scammy behaviour, and I myself have complained about these things, so I'm not trying to make out like I'm a saint or anything. But the number of complaints about really quite inconsequential things is a bit surprising, particularly given how many players haven't paid a cent for the hours and hours of enjoyment they've had from this game.

Unless you've poured significant amounts of money into this game, it really doesn't owe you anything. And even if you have, that's been a choice you've made despite the issues with the game. I'm not saying STS has no responsibility to improve things, and I'm also not saying that there are no genuine issues that really need to be resolved (buffs/debuffs and skills glitches, I'm looking at you, for example). What I am saying is, pick your battles! Ok so the Valentines event has been delayed. But can you imagine the stink that would be kicked up if the event was released before it was ready simply because people demanded a particular date? I don't work in IT but it doesn't take a genius to figure out that when you're dealing with issues of such complexity, particularly in a live environment, unforeseen stuff is gonna crop up. Especially given that STS has stated that the Valentines event is related to the expansion and the way future events will work.

I realise that at the ripe old age of 33 I'm probably/definitely an old lady in gaming terms, but does anyone else share my views? Yes? No?
