Decrease in lock prices means more people will be opening locks, which leads to more arcanes in the market.

Which then leads to cheaper arcanes.

Nott to mention because everyone has low gold stacks they aren't able to buy new Arcanes which then leads to people listing arcanes reenlisting arcanes for even cheaper than before because noone is buying them off of auction.
