I think its a case of just asking sts to release exclusive and really really good looking vanities via somewhere other than lb events. Putting some future vanities in locked crates and making them a very rare drop should do the trick.
I don't know about anyone who seemed like they weren't joking by agreeing with a vanity thief but oh wellcalm down guys!
