    Default Cooldown on equipment loadout changing in PvP

    Just a suggestion. For reasoning behind the suggestion: warrior mythic glintstone axe set swapping for triple axe effect while having a non-glintstone set equipped. Although, you may have your own reasons.

    Your thoughts guys?
