So does rest in peace mean you're leaving the previous weapons in the past and creating new ones or does it mean "haha no, that idea sucks". I'm lost, please enlighten me

No. To be as clear as I can be - I just mean to say 'Rest. In. Peace.' Quite often I say this in reference to other things. Have you seen me in game? Most of the time I'm either saying 'To be honest,' which I feel is a trigger for many - or 'Rest. In. Peace,' which seems to have a really fluid meaning depending upon the surrounding conversations.
