Adding unlocked chests in vendors

Would love to see single-pull unlockeds added to token vendors for 1000 tokens just as they are available in major events. There is nothing to buy after the vanity set so it doesnt make much sense to play mini events any further. Hardcore are skipping mini events most of the time because there are only vanities in vendors.
