Hi guys, I'm KOTB. I have 145 strength



I'd like to equip the shield of Horus, which requires I have 141 strength.



Though despite meeting the requirement, it won't let me.

Trying a different way, I first equip my other shield which gives me a +7 to strength. When switching, it tells me that all the requirements are in the green, and that despite dropping 7 strength, I'll still be above the limit for the shield...



but it won't let me. It immediately drops it and says I don't meet the requirements.

So don't meet the requirements when I surpass them, but do meet them when I surpass them by a large margin...either way I can't wear the shield.
Help a bear out.
