Have Trouble Updating on an Android Device?

I know i was not alone when I could not Update on my phone this morning. Ended up on Chrome & enjoying the update that way. I had the chance to talk to Flip in game this morning and asked him why I was not able to Update Star Legends unless I had Wifi.
He told me It was nothing STS did & is a Setting in the Market.

I fixed the issue by going to Market / Menu / Settings / and checked Update over Wifi Only & the un-checked it.

It wasn't set that way but after I turned it on & then turned it off Star Legends updated just fine on my Htc Desire.
