So, can't seem to find find "Fab" in ch. 11 forest haven. I've done 17 of 19 (if I remember correctly), and my quest tab says "Hint: Talk to Fab in Forest Haven 11".

I've run ch. 11 multiple times. There is no Fab that I can find. I've also run the rest of the dungeons looking for him/her, as well as talked to (I think) all of the other NPCs in the FH dungeons that I can find.

Am I missing something, or is there a bug here with this quest?
