I have been farming for that shock lance far to long, but this is what gets my goat.
I have seen it drop 3-4 times and every time for some reason it has gone to a noob (weakest,dies everyone round,doesnt stomp/freeze) for me this is getting a little annoying as I have done all the work and then some random guy gets the dam lance.
So maybe the key is; 0 h/s 0 m/s, die 1-3 times per round.
