I need a 4th Skill...

So far I have Razor Shield 3 and Aimed shot 3 (probably 5 once I decide on a 4th) my third is probably going to be combat medic, and I am not sure about a 4th. Any suggestions for a PvE bossing char?

After testing many skill combinations the best skill set, for me, is:
Aimed shot 5
Nox bolt 3 ( atleast fragmentation)
Razor shield 3
Smoke bomb 3 (atleast shadow absorption)

1 skill point left I currently have it on the smoke bomb skill combusting decay which does pitiful damage.
