Trialplay - Invalid URL and support problem

Trialpay is not working for me. whenever i click on a link that should take me to the offer i get this:

I have no means of contacting support as it gives me the same error as above (the little "support" link above the offers).
They have a customer support page where you have to enter you email address, so they can send you a secure support link: Apparently i dont have a trialplay account, although i have completed 2 offers previously. This is new to me, TP usually works for me, but now there is absolutely no way to contact them. Is there anything the developers could do (like contact TrialPay)?

Am i the only one with this problem?

Any help is appreciated!.

EDIT: just realised i spelt trialpay wrong, dangit.
