Can attributes be changed? And other questions.

When you level up, do you get attribute points that you have to spend like power points or does everything just get a +whatever bonus? (by attribute points i mean atk, def and so on).

Also, can you do anything with a wintermaul except sell it for a measly 120 gold? I got a better weapon.

I was considering a high hp/def build with emphasis on the flame aura spell, defensive stats and "catchup spells " like shadow dance and leap. Basically catch them, vermin swarm them, then survive as they burn/vermin DOT to death.
Do you thinl this is a good PVP build? COuld you post your lvl 23 suggestions?
