Why can't I respec my lvl 3 twink anymore

hey twink... the did an update today and turned off the free respec!

The update says that the free respec'ing will end today. I think that's the reason.

I just said i have platinum.. I dnt need free respec the respec button just doesn't appear

The respec button only shows up when your level 4 or 5 I think
