23 fox?

I have seen lots of good 23 foxes around and i need to know good build. anyone?

Check this out. Do as told and put the extra point into vixen kick, poison needles or armor shredder. Up to you, I haven't tested which one is the best.

needles might work best, I have tried armor shredder and I cant get past the 3m range..
