platinum not credited

I bought some platinum the other day from my galaxy s3 app. Costed me freaking 20 bucks to buy it. And it asnt been credited to my account. Can't login to the website for I can report this. N had to download this app n make a new name to see if I can post on here. I found some email address for I could contact the makers on this. But ive heard nothing yet nor do I know they even got it. Any ideas?

Usually it takes time before they respond to your ticket, expect it to be worked out on weekdays.

Sts doesn't work on weekends, plus it takes them at least 2-3 days to respond

Dont get your hopes up on getting that anytime soon its the weekend now, also my last offer took 6 business days to come in. they can be extremely slow on getting that plat too you.
