Yeah I mostly gear my work outs to what helps in basketball since I play a lot, so running(endurance), pushups(upper body strength, situps/crunches (core strength, and then calf and thigh workouts since I want to be able to dunk. I usually play center when I play with my friends so I need to have a lot of strength and explosiveness.
