There are a couple of options actually: Use charged fireball, which being an AoE skill, can stun the whole group and give you time to make your get away. If they get too close with their "dash" skills, your fireball is your best friend. Or, if you have a clock, just drop it behind you as you run. Works very effectively. Make sure you try to run to your teammates instead of simply running away. The interception of the two teams will keep them busy, allowing you to do whatever's necessary to get back on your feet. Also, use the map to your advantage. Running around corners and staying out of their point of view, will convince them to give up chasing you.
EDIT: Almost forgot another option. Gale force can stun your enemies AND give you a speed buff. So that works too
