It'd be really difficult. Most people have savage/swift/fiery, elite rings, and dragon bonus.
Unless you can pvp high lvl 60's at that level, idk if you can though.
If you are all intelligence, that may be your problem. I would suggest putting in some strength that way you have higher health and can wear warrior (bear) armor. This should help survivability and not harm the damage of your skills too much. Hope this helps

Being pure intel isnt good for pvp. trust me on this one. Whatever you choose I hope it pays off.

It all depends on what you like to do.. If you want to nuke, get sharp or sand goddess set. If you want to be able to take dmg, get beastly.
