Fastest leveling build

What build is the best for leveling quickly and grinding PvE kills? Assume player is ok buying unlimited potions. Thanks!

Edit: best pet, skills and skill rotation, and stats.

p.s. i'm assuming that Ribbit (frog with 40% crit arcane skill) is the best assuming you're willing to burn through health and mana potions. Maybe Slag though?

Ribbit's amazing for both PvE and PvP but i prefer him PvP due to crits and hp regen.
