Need Advice For My Build!!!

I'm a nuke mage (pure int)
I have:
9: ice storm, light, fire, buffs, heal
8: drain
5: nightmare, weakness
1: frostbite, revive, mana shield

This is going to be my build for l76 with fiery wand/elite staff set

Maybe lower weakness.

Focus on damage buffs - put more into frostbite as that is a vital spell.

Have 7 heal, and have 9 drain.

Have up to 4 points for either debuff. I suggest 4 points into nightmare, and 2 into weakness.

Ice storm should be alot lower because of the range. Frostbite should be alot higher. All damage skills need to be near 9. Heal 6-7. I personally don't use debuffs.

I guess it depends on your play style I quite like 9 Drain,light,frost,fire 6 heal 5 ice storm 1 rev 9 buffs and shield but I'm designed for ctf.

Mana shield stops you from dieing not Heal or Debuffs
