Serious abnormal lag - FIOS related?

Earlier today I started experiencing some major lag issues; the game is almost unplayable. I never have lag so this is definitely new. Tried restarting the device, router, etc... Spoke to some guildies and another person on the east coast with FIOS is having the same exact abnormal issue. The rest of the Internet is working fine though. Anyone else having abnormal lag issues today? Perhaps with FIOS?

I get terrible lag 254-2k by router on SL and AL

I have a serious delay as well, along with FiOs. (Also on the east coast).
