Problems with first time platinum purchase
I was looking to buy some new gear for my avatar, witch of course means buying plat, i went to the plat store, and noticed there was a sale going on, but just as i clicked to buy, it ended and the amount of plat i would have received for ten bucks was cut in half, idk if this is because the sale ended at exactly that second, or if it is a bug, either way, im not going to be buying plat today, witch is too bad cause i really wanted some new gear for my warrior.
which* dont take it in a mean way. prolly auto.

I had that happened but once i bought the Plat I ended up getting the extra platinum, some people say they didnt receive anything though.
I would email them.

Thanks for the advice my good sirs, i hadn't even considered that i could simply email them, I've gone back into the game and keep having the same problem, I've yet to buy any plat simply because I'm not sure exactly what ill be receiving for my purchase, and to me ten bucks on an iap is a lot of money, even for such an awesome game, im going to email them now and see ifn j can get this strait
Also i didn't take it in a mean way, i tend to do the same thing to people, even though i tend to be careless with my spelling and grammard when writing posts online

Our apologies for the confusion or difficulty with the first time buyer bonus platinum offer. We are aware of these issues and are working to smooth them over and make the system much more intuitive in an upcoming patch.
If you are purchasing via in-app on an Apple or Android device, once you move to the next step their system doesn't know about the bonus one time Platinum we're going to add on to your purchase. If you take the leap of faith that EldestCollection did, you'll get the extra Platinum.

Thank you for the reassurance I'm about to take the leap of faith, thank you for your quick response. Your games are the only games i ever make IAP purchases in, one because you guys deserve it, (hell id pay almost anything to play your games) and two i really appreciate that making IAPs isn't a necessity,

It is known that one you proceed to the check out it does the standard amount of plat, but once you purchase, you will see that you do in deed get the extra 50% it's a little confusing but the end result is correct, buy with confidence.

me also i have the same problem... when i check the store and add platinum there is written 50% more platinum for first purchase. and then i dont hesitate to buy the 89.99$ and you will get 2550 platinum, and then when i pay it and buy using my paypal. i get only 1700 platinum.. if there is a possible to get the bonus platinum. and if this a bug. please removed it so the other player will not get fool written on that offer..
