Pall Ebon, and the Iron Sea Rogue quest.
Anyone know where I find this sorry sonofa... ?
He's the target for The Iron Sea quest, in the Rogue storyline, yet I can't find him anywhere.
The "Go To..." button takes me to the Ancient Mariner Reef, but I've played through this area like 5 times now and still can't seem to find him.
Am I missing something here?
