Trust me, it's not them.

Here are the following factors that will affect your ping:

• ISP
• Router
• WiFi antenna (Yes, the type does matter. The one in the old iPhone 4S is pretty crappy for PL, for example.)
• Device CPU/GPU & other specifications
• Yoir bandwidth limit
