The correct skills

Good morning everyone.

This weekend there will be a lot of "Leveling Up" going on. My self included.
With the few skill points that they give us, I want to get the best bang for
my buck. I don't know which way to go and I would certainly appreciate any help
that you "veterans might offer.

Here are my current skills and passives. Which way should I go with my skill points
when my rogue goes from a 24 to a 25??

OMG! Why are you spreading around your Skill points into so many different skills?!?

Pick four skills, then Max out your DEX and INT Passives.

For Example (if this were my toon):

5 - DEX Passive
5 - INT Passive
5 - Aimed Shot (all upgrades)
2 - Shadow Piercer (Upgrade with Shadow Absorption)
3 - Noxious Bolt (Upgrade with Strengthened Shot, Serrated Arrowhead)
3 - Combat Medic (Upgrade with Effective Packs, Extra Packs)

Then, for build, go nearly all DEX, put maybe 20 points into INT (no STR).

Equip gear the provides DEX (primary stat) and INT (secondary).

This build will give you plenty of HP and Mana and keep your DMG high.

This is a hybrid build, useful in both PvP and PvE. If you are a pure PvE player, consider Traps and Veil instead of Shadow Piercer and Combat Medic.
