Weird connection

Hello. I've got this weird problem with my connection because when im logged in at my main character using email i am getting high ping butwhen i am using my other account(email logged too), the ping is good. I tried making new accounts and logged in at facebook etc and the ping was also good and results were same when i am in a cafe with good connection but my main character still has a bad connection. What is the problem with my main character? If my connection was the issue why is it that only my main character has high ping and my other accounts have good ping? Any ideas?

I also tried reinstalling the game and modifying my account but those didn't work either
