I'm certain that there are those who make a concerted effort to be the first when it comes to such endeavors thereby letting the entire community know of their accomplishment. Having only been playing for three months now I'm not knowledgeable as to how many cap levels there have been and whom may have been recognized as the first to cap at each particular level. I'm almost certain that whenever a new cap level is established many shall attempt to be the first to reach it, and we shall all know whom that person is once it happens. But then again.....I'm laying here half awake, sleep deprived, and exhausted from work so I could be wrong. **yawning as I post**
