Sending an email to W3I customer support was the best you can do.

In most cases you will get refunded for all apps/service offers you completed successfully and which are not older then 7 days. This in a period of 1-2 Days. (I can not guarantee this though).

Hi DocDoBig,

My offer would be 7 days old in another 2 days and I have already sent them 5 emails. Which means I would not get my refund.

If w3i are not replying my email maybe they would reply the email sent by spacetime on behalf of me.

I do know that they are humans but there should also be a specific time line.

The worst case would be w3i would never reply my email and I don't get a refund as spacetime doesn't care as well. How are we going to sort this? How much longer should I wait?

If this never get resolved, w3i paid offer would be a scame and spacetime allow its advertisements to be published on their games. This is not right.

I would appreciate if spacetime can send an email to w3i on behalf of me.
