As some of you may know, today is the last day for x2 free offers payouts. I should now have 110 platinum but haven't received them. So I contacted NativeX and told them about my problem, they then sent me an automated email reply saying they would have a representative contact me in 3 days. Does this mean I will only get 55 platinum back because by then the x2 weekend will be over, thanks for reading.
