What are the popular guilds and alliances for level 18 - 23 pvp?

I'm asking because after about 4 months of twinking at level 12 I've decided to move to lvl 21

Anyone have any tips about this new level of pvp?

69
Nubs n Scrubs
E V I L (they seem to be around level 23)
D G T E (seems like mvpvp 2.0)

Seems like pvp is 95% pros. Is that how lvl 21+ pvp is?

EVIL are L23. Though i must hand it to MT, they never fail at alliances

MT is pretty good at coming through for an ex MT member (me) even though Crit City and MT aren't allied

But on a side note, what's the point of guild alliances? Aren't guilds supposed to battle each other...

Back to the OP, what are the alliances that exist now?
