I think SS should be the one's with close and boot power on here. Otherwise it would be chaos.

Because if you post it, then people should be able to reply. Otherwise you could post whatever you want, close the thread, and have the last word without criticism. And booting (deleting the post of another in the thread) would just lead to people removing posts of critics.
